Cincinnati Streetcar Forum: Thursday, 2/1 at 6:30 PM
Discover the Remarkable Journey of Cincinnati's Streetcar Project
On November 24th, 2023, Cincinnati’s Streetcar served its millionth passenger of the year. With renewed and impressive growth in public support, the Cincinnati Streetcar has seen record-breaking ridership each year.
Among the nation's 15 modern streetcar systems, Cincinnati's Streetcar ranks among the highest number of passengers served per hour of operation. Sparked by community interest, the Cincinnati Streetcar Forum will delve into the next phase of Cincinnati's streetcar expansion.
As the Cincinnati Streetcar has exceeded expectations, contributing over $1.4 billion in economic development within 1,000 feet of its stops, we’re excited to imagine where the future of the streetcar will take us.
Attendees can explore nine accessible routes, with six ready for construction today and three to follow bridge design. Be a part of this civic conversation as we aim to determine a consensus for the future of Cincinnati’s streetcar system. This is a family friendly event. Children are welcome.
